The sit-down option when the office, the floor, and the budget all need an hour.
About 10 miles west of our Schaumburg office. Industrial parks along I-90 and Route 20, a separate downtown, and community organizations that need Microsoft nonprofit licensing rather than a warehouse plan.

About 10 miles from our Schaumburg office via Route 20. Elgin’s industrial parks and its downtown offices do not want the same support model.
Elgin is west of Schaumburg along Route 20. Traffic on the Fox Valley changes; the distance does not.
The city’s own business-park map runs from I-90 down through the Route 20 corridor. Downtown Elgin is a separate district, with its own businesses and nonprofits.
Ops for shared production technology. Complete or Remote for named employees. A published nonprofit rate when the organization qualifies.
Choosing an IT company is easier when you have met the people. Pick a place in Elgin, tell us what is working, and lunch is on us. Nothing has to be signed for the conversation to happen.

Downtown, and less formal, when the meeting should feel like a conversation.

The Elgin Development Group treats manufacturing, healthcare, logistics, and retail as core local industries. A downtown office and a plant in the industrial parks do not want the same support model.
Shipping stations, shared PCs, scanners, label printers, and the network around a production or distribution area belong in one Ops environment. PLC programming, CNC machinery, and robotics stay with the specialist who owns that equipment.
See the IT boundary →Named employees in a front office, a professional firm, or a clinic’s business systems sit on Complete or Remote. Identity, email, endpoints, and backup are the work.
Compare the user plans →Grant budgets, Microsoft nonprofit licensing, and a report a board can read are a different job from a plant floor. The nonprofit rate is published, not negotiated.
See nonprofit IT →A company on Randall Road and a nonprofit near downtown can both call Schaumburg. They should not be priced as if they were the same environment.
Complete includes routine onsite support. Remote does not; visits are billed as needed. Both cover the managed stack for office users under the published terms.
See Complete →Security, monitoring, documentation, and an escalation path for the person who already owns day-to-day IT. Full business-continuity recovery is not included on this plan.
See Co-Managed IT →One environment for the shared computers, Wi-Fi, scanners, printers, and vendor coordination that a shift uses. Not a per-employee count of everyone on the floor.
See Ops plans →Registered nonprofits get a published discount on Complete, Remote, and Co-Managed IT. Ops stays on the Ops rate. Microsoft nonprofit licensing is part of the work.
See the nonprofit rate →These are illustrative examples, not customer stories.
Every person on a shift is counted as a user, while the shared stations and label printers nobody “owns” keep failing. Ops covers the shared environment. Named office staff stay on a user plan.
Eligibility was never finished, so the license mix drifted. We handle the nonprofit portal and keep the mix clean, and the monthly report is written for a board treasurer.
About 10 miles is close enough for a scheduled onsite visit on Complete. Remote visits are quoted first. Either way, the first conversation can happen over lunch or on a call.
They know the building. They do not want a provider that takes the relationship away. Co-Managed IT keeps them in front and gives them escalation, security, and documentation.
Elgin is comfortably inside it. If you're in Rockford, DeKalb, or the far south suburbs, we're honestly not your best option for onsite work, and we'll tell you that on the first call instead of after you've signed.
Fifteen minutes, published pricing, straight answers. If we're not the right fit, we'll say so and point you to someone who is.
And it's guaranteed: if there is ever anything you are not completely happy with, we will do whatever it takes to make it right.
