monitorIT · Included in every plan

We see it before you feel it.

Good monitoring catches problems before they become outages. The work is choosing what to alert on, cutting the noise, and making sure every alert reaches a person who can act.

Or call 844-625-5925 — a human picks up.

What's included

Everything monitorIT includes, itemized.

We monitor four surfaces — device health via RMM, network appliances via Auvik, real-time event correlation, and dark-web identity exposure. Each is configured per tenant, alerts are tuned per tenant, and the on-call engineer has runbooks for the things that wake them up.

✓

RMM / servers + endpoints

Device and service monitoring through NinjaOne, with thresholds tuned per tenant after a 30-day baseline so an alert means something.

✓

Network appliance health

Firewalls, switches, and access points watched through Auvik, with a live topology map instead of a spreadsheet.

✓

Real-time event alerts

Security events correlated on top of EDR. The SOC triages in real time and isolates affected hosts within minutes.

✓

Dark web identity monitoring

Continuous scan of breach dumps and credential markets for anything tied to your domain, with an alert on every new finding.

monitorIT. asked and answered.

What does "24/7 monitoring" actually mean here?
Three layers. Automated agent monitoring (devices, services, network appliances) feeds alerts into a tuned threshold set per tenant. Security event correlation runs through Huntress MDR's SOC, which triages in real time and isolates compromised hosts within minutes of detection. On-call wedoIT engineers are paged 24/7 for sev-1 events. We're not "checking dashboards in the morning."
How do you avoid alert fatigue?
Two practices. First, every new tenant gets a 30-day baseline window where we observe normal operating patterns before alerting on deviations. Second, monthly tuning reviews check false-positive rates and adjust thresholds. The goal is alerts that mean something — when our phone buzzes, the engineer reads the alert and knows immediately what to do.
What does dark-web monitoring actually do?
Continuous scanning of breach-data dumps and credential marketplaces for credentials tied to your domain. When a credential pair appears in a new dump, we alert and recommend immediate rotation plus an MFA registration audit. Useful at the org level (employee credentials) and at the executive level (personal credentials being used for business). We read every report and act on what it finds.
What's the difference between your monitoring and "having NinjaOne installed"?
Same tool, different operations. The tool catches what's broken; the operation decides what to do with it. Without a human triaging, NinjaOne alerts pile up in a dashboard nobody reads. With us, a human reviews every sev-2-and-up alert during business hours, and an on-call engineer is paged 24/7 for sev-1.
Do you monitor SaaS environments — M365, Google Workspace?
For security events (sign-in anomalies, privileged action audits, OAuth consent grants) — yes, in real time via Huntress MDR's M365 integration. For non-security operational events (mailbox quotas, license usage), monthly reports come through maintainIT. The line is: security events get real-time triage; operational events get monthly review.
What happens if your monitoring system itself goes down?
Tooling redundancy at the alerting layer — Huntress MDR and NinjaOne don't share infrastructure, so a single-vendor outage doesn't blind us. The on-call engineer also runs a daily morning check that confirms agent reporting on every monitored device. Silent agents get flagged the same day.
