What you send us
If you call, email, or use the contact form, we receive what you choose to send: your name, email address, phone number, and the message. A lunch request also includes the city, restaurant, and topic. A quote request includes the plan, the head count, and whether Ops or the nonprofit rate was selected. The price is calculated from the published rates and emailed to the address you entered. A copy of that quote is also emailed to yes@wedoit.co. The contact form emails what you wrote to yes@wedoit.co. The website does not keep a separate copy.
We use that information to reply, to decide whether we are the right fit, and to keep a record of the conversation. A person reads what arrives at yes@wedoit.co. The quote email is the quote from the calculator. It does not start an automated marketing sequence.
What a visit records
Cloudflare Web Analytics records the page, the referring site, and a broad device category. It does not use cookies and it does not identify you.
Pages load fonts from Google. That request includes your IP address.
Advertising and measurement
Google Analytics records how the site is used. Google Ads measures our ads and can show ads to people who have visited. When a Meta pixel is on a page, Meta receives the pages visited so we can measure Meta ads.
Google and Meta set cookies. They receive your IP address, browser, and the pages you open. We do not sell your personal information.
There is no cookie banner on this site. You can refuse cookies in your browser. You can also opt out of interest-based ads at Google, aboutads.info, and Meta.
Who else receives it
We share information with the companies that do the work:
- Postmark, which sends the email to you and to yes@wedoit.co.
- Cloudflare, which hosts the site and provides the cookie-free analytics.
- Google, for fonts, Analytics, and Ads.
- Meta, when a Meta pixel is on the page.
Those companies may only use the information to provide that service. We do not rent or trade your information.
How long we keep it
We keep messages for as long as we need them to reply and to keep the business record. If you ask us to delete them, we will, unless a legal or accounting duty requires us to keep a copy. Postmark keeps a delivery record under its policy. Google, Meta, and Cloudflare keep their own records under their policies.
Children
This site is for businesses. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we learn that we have, we will delete it.
Security
We protect business records with ordinary safeguards. Email and the internet are not perfectly secure, and we cannot promise that they are.
Asking about your information
Email yes@wedoit.co to ask what we have, to correct it, or to ask us to delete it. Call 844-625-5925 if you would rather talk. We will reply.
We do not sell personal information. California residents can use the same email to make that request.
Changes
When this policy changes, this page changes, and the date at the top changes with it.
