Hoffman Estates starts almost at the Schaumburg line. Higgins Road is the ordinary route. We still will not promise a drive time.
Village economic development describes corporate office, light industrial, retail, and a large base of service businesses. Prairie Stone is the west-side employment district.
Most Hoffman Estates work is Complete, Remote, or Co-Managed IT. Ops is there when a building has shared operational technology, not by default.
We are a few miles away. If you would rather meet than sit through a presentation, pick a Hoffman Estates spot. Lunch is on us, whether or not you ever become a client.

A quieter table when the topic needs more attention than a busy dining room allows.
1726 W Algonquin Rd, Hoffman Estates
Less formal, on Algonquin, when the conversation should stay easy.
Lunch is an introduction, not a contract condition. Pick a place and a topic, then tell us how to reach you.
The village’s own economic-development plan describes that mix. A law or healthcare office on Golf Road and a light-industrial tenant near Prairie Stone do not need the same support model.
The village notes that service businesses, including health and legal, are a large share of local firms. Their risk is client data, Microsoft 365, and a day that cannot stop for a slow help desk.
See professional services →Prairie Stone is a named business park on the west side of the village. Multi-department offices there usually need identity, security, and a provider who can sit down locally before a switch.
See secureIT →Some buildings have a small office and a shared back-of-house: stations, printers, Wi-Fi, scanners. That shared layer is Ops. The people with their own accounts stay on a user plan.
See wedoIT Ops →Three miles is the practical fact. The plan still depends on whether you are buying support for people, for an internal IT lead, or for a shared environment.
Full managed IT for named users, with routine onsite support included. The right default when there is no internal IT staff and the building is this close.
See Complete →The same managed stack, delivered remotely. Onsite visits are billed as needed and quoted before anyone drives. Useful when the work is already in Microsoft 365.
See Remote →Tools, security, monitoring, and escalation beside an internal person. They stay responsible. We do not replace them with a ticket queue.
See Co-Managed IT →Email, identity, endpoints, and the layers around them. We say what is in scope. We do not imply a certification the agreement does not contain.
See secureIT →These are illustrative examples, not customer stories.
Tickets age, and the person on the phone is not the person who knows the tenant. A switch starts with a direct conversation, often over lunch, before any agreement.
Internet, the network, and Microsoft 365 have to land on the same day the people do. We coordinate the carriers and the identity cutover. We do not treat a move as a surprise project after signing.
The buyer is a managing partner or an office manager, not a security team. They need Microsoft 365, endpoint protection, and a monthly note in plain language.
The office staff are users. The shared bench PCs, printers, and Wi-Fi are an environment. Splitting those keeps a small office from paying a per-user rate for every shared station.
Hoffman Estates is inside it. If you're in Rockford, DeKalb, or the far south suburbs, we're honestly not your best option for onsite work, and we'll tell you that on the first call instead of after you've signed.
Fifteen minutes, published pricing, straight answers. If we're not the right fit, we'll say so and point you to someone who is.
And it's guaranteed: if there is ever anything you are not completely happy with, we will do whatever it takes to make it right.
