The Berghoff
17 W Adams St, Chicago
A Loop lunch when the office is downtown and the conversation needs a real table.
About 26 miles out on I-90. Much of the city is inside the 30-mile radius. The far south side is at the edge. City offices on a user plan. West and northwest distribution on wedoIT Ops.

About 26 miles via I-90. Much of Chicago is inside 30 miles. The far south side is at the edge. A Loop mailing address would not make the drive shorter.
The Kennedy is the ordinary route. Twenty-six miles is the fact. A clock time would be a guess, so we do not publish one.
Much of Chicago sits inside the 30-mile radius. The far south side, and south suburbs past that line, are where we say we are the wrong onsite firm.
City offices on Complete, Remote, or Co-Managed IT. Warehouses and distribution on the west and northwest sides can add Ops for the shared technology.
We will meet in the city. Pick a place that is easy for a working lunch, tell us where the office or the warehouse actually is, and the meal is on us.

A Loop lunch when the office is downtown and the conversation needs a real table.
565 W Jackson Blvd, Chicago
Early, at the west end of downtown. Closed Monday and Tuesday, which is worth knowing before you pick it.
800 N Wells St, Chicago
River North, for breakfast or lunch when the day starts before a downtown schedule.
Lunch is an introduction, not a contract condition. Pick a place and a topic, then tell us how to reach you.
A Loop or North Side office and a west-side distribution building can both be inside the radius. They are not the same purchase. The office stays in Schaumburg either way.
Professional and operating offices whose work lives in identity, email, and laptops. Complete if you want routine onsite in the plan. Remote if the drive should be the exception.
Compare user plans →Shared stations, scanners, label printers, and warehouse Wi-Fi along the industrial corridors closer to the Kennedy are an Ops environment. We do not program the machinery those buildings may also run.
See wedoIT Ops →If the building is past the radius, we say so on the first call. Remote support may still be a fit. Routine onsite is not something we will imply.
Ask about a specific address →Twenty-six miles changes how often onsite should be in the plan. It does not change the price list.
Routine onsite included for locations inside the radius. Use it when you know some issues will need a person in the building.
See Complete →Full managed IT, visits billed only when needed and quoted first. Often the right city-office plan when the stack is Microsoft 365 and the failures are remote-fixable.
See Remote →Shared operational technology on the west and northwest sides, priced per environment. Office staff with named accounts stay on a user plan.
See Ops plans →Email, identity, and endpoints for an office that is in the city and whose people are not always in the office.
See secureIT →These are illustrative examples, not customer stories.
About 26 miles, I-90, no Loop lobby. Complete includes routine onsite inside the radius. If your site is past it, we say that before anyone drafts an agreement.
The office staff are users. The shared scanners, printers, and PCs are Ops. Counting the whole shift as users is how these buildings get an inflated invoice.
Identity and device security have to travel. If the suburban site is a managed warehouse in the radius, it can be on the same account without becoming the same plan.
Lunch in the city is a reasonable ask. So is a 15-minute call. Neither one depends on signing.
Much of Chicago is inside it. If you're on the far south side or in the south suburbs past Oak Lawn, we're at the edge of our radius, and we'll tell you that on the first call instead of after you've signed.
Fifteen minutes, published pricing, straight answers. If we're not the right fit, we'll say so and point you to someone who is.
And it's guaranteed: if there is ever anything you are not completely happy with, we will do whatever it takes to make it right.
