Yes, I know it seems basic but I couldn’t even tell you the number of people I talk to that struggle with these 3 things.
What I discovered is most IT vendors treat their customers as profit centers and don’t really care about the business. As long as you pay monthly, they could care less.
This has to change and the only way it will change is once people realize this is not the norm.
There are good IT firms out there. They are harder to find but if you spend the extra time your business will thrive. 🙏🏼
